Back in the fall I bought a voucher to go to the Dinosaur Park at the mouth of Ogden canyon. We had been there before but I think Jack was a tiny baby (if he was even born) and Haken was very young. I bought the voucher because it was an amazing deal, but the catch was that you have to use it by the end of March (they are tricky). Some of the museum is inside, but the fun life size dinosaurs are outside and when it is freezing they aren't much fun. Luckily the weekend before they expired was gorgeous. The weather was pretty much perfect. We all had a great time and even got a little bit sunburned. The best part was that it wasn't crowded at all. Totally worth the risk buying the tickets. Shad got most of the pictures by the dinosaurs on his phone. I guess I need to go round those up sometime.

This was Haken's favorite part. He sat uncovering dinosaur
bones in the sand for an hour. Jack lasted 5 minutes then
headed back to the playground. This is right up Haken's
alley. |
